Back in June we wrote a post encouraging folks to Be the Sprinkle, meaning to put yourself in situations where you are the minority.  Recently we had the pleasure of talking with a fourteen year-old boy, Jack Kealy. Kealy has been playing football since he was six years old, and always on majority African-American teams.  Kealy is white. We had a conversation that ranged from football to school segregation to inequity in policing. Check it out.
